Dr. Timothy P. O’Keefe, Ph.D., is currently the Director of the University of North Dakota School of Entrepreneurship. Dr. O’Keefe has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry including an University IT professor, an experienced IT consultant, and co-founder of a successful internet services company.

Dennis J. Elbert was appointed dean of the College of Business and Public Administration (CoBPA) at UND in July, 1997.
